Ser y Lleuad (Stars of the Moon) Circle

Ser y Lleuad (pronounced "Sair uh HLAY-ad") translates as Stars of the Moon. Rooted in my Welsh heritage, this name captures something essential about what this is: we are a circle guided by both the stellar and the lunar, the ancient and the immediate, the cosmic and the deeply personal.

Cylch Ser y Lleuad is a supportive container for astrology-focused kindreds who are ready to stop just learning astrology and start living it. At its heart is our monthly live circle (usually the Sunday before the dark moon) but the container itself is always open. Between sessions, we are connected through our online community of fellow kindreds who are also doing this big/ small work of using astrology to be more present in our lives and our spiritual practices. We are tracking the sky, sitting with our charts, working with goddess, weaving astrology into the fabric of our everyday lives.

This is what makes Ser y Lleuad different from a course or a membership. It is not about consuming content, though there are plenty of learning opportunities. You are in circle - continuously, cumulatively - with myself and others for whom this practice is real and ongoing.

The live session each month is where we come together to witness one another, go deep into one member's chart, work with the current astrology, and close with magic. But the circle is always spinning.

Who is this circle for?

Ser y Lleuad Circle is perfect for you if:

• You understand the fundamental building blocks of astrology. By this, I mean that you have completed the Astrology Foundations Course or have equivalent astrological knowledge. Astrology Foundations Students who have engaged with the course material are automatically eligible for Ser y Lleuad; if you haven't taken the course but already have solid astro knowledge then message me to apply. (More about the eligibility criteria below).
• You love the idea of integrating astrological insights with practical magic and intentional living.
• You want gentle accountability and supportive community to deepen your practice and accelerate your growth.
• You crave an intimate space to explore advanced astrological techniques in a grounded, practical way.

Important: Ser y Lleuad is interactive and reciprocal rather than passive. You don't need to be loud or extroverted, quiet, thoughtful presence is genuinely valued here. But you should be willing to show up, engage, and contribute to the circle in your own way. This is a space that grows through what each of us brings to it.

What happens in our live monthly circle:

*Energetic Primer: Grounding meditation and visualisation to align with the coming lunar cycle and/ or key astrological themes.

*Reflect & Share: Gentle accountability and supportive community discussion around your progress and challenges.

*Astrology Deep Dive: Each month we go deep into one member's chart, exploring how a key astrological theme or technique is alive in their real life and practice. This is astrology in action (rather than just in theory). It's intended to be participatory, personal, and illuminating for the whole circle. Accompanying workbooks are often available to support your understanding of the technique being explored, but you do not need to have read them in advance to participate meaningfully.

*Personal Integration: Reflect on your own astrology with guided prompts, ensuring practical and personal alignment - what is alive for you, and how might you work with it this month?

*Collective Planning: Set goals, plans, and magical strategies for the coming moonth, held and witnessed by the circle.

*Closing Magic: Receive collective oracle guidance and close with poetry or inspirational words to seal our circle energetically.

Timing: Each circle runs for approximately 2.5 hours (maximum of 3 hours), which includes a short break.

• Monthly Live Circle (90-120 mins, held on the Sunday after the Dark Moon Journal Circle). You can see the dates on our Events Calendar.
• Ongoing Community: Dedicated Discord channel for support and connection between circles.
• Full MoonWise Membership Included: Access all MoonWise content, journal prompts, goddess wisdom, and monthly resources at no extra cost. Your Ser y Lleuad subscription includes a MoonWise subscription. I am seeing it as MoonWise Plus - this work builds on and amplifies what we do in MoonWise.

• Application Only: Ensures astrological competency and aligned group energy. (Astrology Foundations Graduates are automatically eligible).
• A Committed Circle: Ser y Lleuad is designed as an ongoing, cumulative experience rather than a drop-in, drop-out circle. Its power comes from the trust, intimacy, and community that grows when the same people consistently show up together month after month. While you’re never forced to stay if the circle no longer feels aligned, please join with the intention of making an ongoing commitment to yourself and your fellow circle members. This ensures a safe, potent, and deeply magical container for everyone involved.

Why Ser y Lleuad?

I've created Ser y Lleuad Circle as a natural extension and practical follow-up to Astrology Foundations. This is astrology in action, through intentional practice, consistent reflection, and real-world application. 

It’s an opportunity for group mentorship with me, something many have asked for over the years. Consider this a mentorship circle (yes, coven-adjacent) to guide, inspire, and hold space for your ongoing growth and empowerment.

This circle is powerful precisely because we collectively shape it. Astrology in action thrives through shared insights, interactive discussion, and supportive accountability. Your willingness to actively participate, even quietly, ensures the circle remains potent, meaningful, and transformative.

I'm aware it should probably cost much more (money blocks are one of the things I am still working on)—and the price may rise in the future, but members will always stay at the rate you joined at.

Eligibility Criteria for Ser y Lleuad Circle

Astrological Foundation

You don't need to be an expert, but you do need to feel at home in the language of astrology. By this I mean:

You're familiar with the planets, signs, and houses and what they mean. You understand the major aspects and have a feel for how they connect planets, signs and houses in a chart. You can look at a natal chart and begin to pick out its story, even if you're still developing confidence and depth.

Astrology Foundations students are automatically eligible. If you haven't taken the course but have been studying astrology seriously through other routes, please message me and we can have a conversation about whether the circle is the right fit.

Orientation

As important as knowledge is your willingness to show up, engage, and contribute. You don't need to be loud or extroverted, but you should be genuinely curious, open to going deep, and ready to be an active participant in a reciprocal circle rather than a passive observer.

If you're drawn to integrating astrology into your actual life and practice, rather than just learning it intellectually, this circle is probably a good fit for you.
