Vision YOUR Year Event

Are you feeling a bit lost when it comes to achieving your goals? Do you need some guidance to get back on track?

Magic happens when we share space with others who are also committed to growth, so myself and Life Coach Michel Yang are getting together to host a supportive and inspiring session for getting on top of your goals (or back on top if you've slipped off the pile). 

What is the Event About?

The session is designed to help you refocus and realign your goals.

Michel will share strategies for turning your overarching aims into SMART goals.

SMART goals are a structured approach to setting and achieving personal objectives that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. They enable individuals to break down their aspirations into actionable steps, enhancing focus, motivation, and accountability in their personal growth journey.

Example: Overarching Aim: Improve physical fitness and lead a healthier lifestyle.

SMART Goal: Run a 5K race within the next six months.

Specific: Run a 5K race, specifying the distance and type of activity. Measurable: Track progress by recording running distances and times regularly. Achievable: Begin with manageable distances and gradually increase training intensity. Relevant: Aligns with the aim of improving physical fitness and overall health. Time-bound: Set a deadline of six months to provide a sense of urgency and focus.

This SMART goal provides a clear target, measurable progress, achievable milestones, relevance to the overarching aim, and a defined timeline, making it a powerful tool for personal growth and achievement.

Jessica will share her insights and wisdom on goal setting in alignment with the energy and cycles. If you used the Vision YOUR Year Workbook then you will be familiar with Jessica's nurturing and practical approach. 

This event is free and open to everyone. It has grown out of the Vision YOUR Year Workbook, but you are welcome to attend even if you haven't purchased or used the workbook.

Meet Your Hosts

Hello, I'm Jessica Starr (she/her), an astrologer and Welsh folk-witch with a passion for planning and making the esoteric practical. You can find more about me here. 

Michel Yang, MCLC, MS, (she/her) is the owner of Gleam Life Coaching and Master-Certified Life Coach through the Certified Life Coach Institute. She also holds a Master’s of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University and additional training in meditation, relaxation, mindfulness and behavioral modification. She specializes in helping busy women beat their burnout and create more balance and fulfillment in their everyday lives.
