You are THE ALCHEMIST

You are the one who stopped pretending.

You saw the cracks and chose not to cover them, but to stop and look deeper to find the root cause.

You felt the call to change, not just your schedule or your habits, but your life, your purpose, your meaning.

You are The Alchemist.

Not content with skimming across the surface, you are the one who is compelled to dive deep.

You’re no longer satisfied with curated spirituality or borrowed beliefs. You want the truth, even when it costs you comfort.

You understand that real change is never tidy. And you are willing to let go of what no longer fits, even if it means standing in the fire.

This isn’t just about healing.

It’s transmutation: metamorphosis.

You’re not here to patch the old self. You’re here to become something entirely new.

Welcome, Alchemist

You’ve taken this quiz for a reason, and you were right to trust that instinct.

What’s unfolding in your life right now isn’t a breakdown or a failure. It’s a necessary unraveling. A turning point. A metamorphosis.

The pain, the disillusionment, the sense that nothing fits anymore?

These are not signs that something’s gone wrong.

They are signs that your soul is ripe for truth.

You are not too much. You are not broken.

You are being reforged in the fire of your own becoming.

You are not alone in this. And you are not without guidance.

The goddess is already walking beside you.

In this result, you’ll discover:

  • What this phase of metamorphosis means for you
  • The goddess guide who is stepping forward to walk with you
  • Journal prompts to help you reflect and move forward
  • Simple, nourishing next steps to support your path

Let’s begin…

1. Where You Are Now

You’re not new to this path, but something big has shifted.

What once felt magical now feels hollow. What once gave clarity now raises more questions.

The practices, tools, even communities that used to support you… no longer do.

You might still pull a card, light a candle, speak an invocation, but something has changed.

The sparkle has dimmed. The rituals feel… off, maybe even performative.

You’re no longer interested in looking spiritual. You are seeking transformation at the very deepest levels.

This is where the spiritual path stops being aesthetic and starts being alchemical.

You may be experiencing:

  • A deep urge to shed: old beliefs, roles, habits, even relationships
  • Emotional intensity that feels hard to manage: grief, rage, numbness, fatigue
  • A pull toward solitude and quiet, even as the world keeps demanding more
  • A crisis of meaning—asking, If I’m not who I was, then who am I?
  • Strange dreams, synchronicities, or body symptoms (headaches, weight shifts, skin flare-ups) with no clear explanation

This phase isn’t a gentle invitation. It’s a summoning. A call to let go of everything that isn’t true. Even the parts you once held sacred.

It may feel like the Goddess has vanished—but She hasn’t.

She is here in Her darker face now, the one who won’t let you bypass your becoming.

The one who holds space while you crumble and weep and rage and wonder if you’ve made a terrible mistake.

But you haven’t. You’ve said yes to truth.

And truth demands transformation.

In this moment, it might feel like you’re dying.

And in a way… you are.

The self you built - the one shaped by fear, people-pleasing, perfectionism, performance - is dissolving.

Not to punish you. But to make room for who you really are.

It’s hard. It’s disorienting. And it’s sacred.

This is spiritual metamorphosis.

Not a gentle rising but a necessary descent.

And you will not emerge unchanged.

But you will emerge.

2. Your Goddess Guide for this phase is Hel

Hel is a keeper of sacred thresholds, those spaces where one thing ends and another begins.

She is the Norse goddess of the underworld. Half-luminous, half-shadow. Whole unto herself.

She will not rush you. She will not rescue you.

But she will sit beside you as everything false falls away.

Hel does not demand performative beauty or hollow compliments. She welcomes honesty.

She makes space for the parts of you that feel too messy, too much, too broken.

She holds your unbecoming with reverence.

She is here for the descent. For the unraveling.

She is not afraid of your rage, your grief, your not-knowing.

She reminds you:
You are not here to rise too quickly, or for anyone but yourself.
You are here to root.
To reckon.
To remember who you are beneath all the layers of who you were told to be.

Hel walks with those brave enough to descend. She doesn’t offer light at the end of the tunnel. She teaches you how to see in the dark.

3. Support for this Phase: What are your next best steps?

This is not the time to fix or finesse. It is the time to feel, to witness, and to let go.

The practices that once felt nourishing may now feel hollow, or even impossible. You don’t need to force them to work. You need a different kind of support now. One that honours the fire of transformation and the silence that follows.

These three practices aren’t about “doing the work” in the hustle-culture sense. They are about holding space for the holy undoing that is already happening within you.

  • 1. Create a container for your descent

When everything feels like it’s falling apart, we need something to hold us. Not to stop the falling but to give it shape. This is what sacred containers are for.

Create a space, physical or symbolic, that acknowledges where you are.

    It could be:

    • A shelf, altar, or corner that represents your descent (perhaps with dark cloth, stones, symbols, a candle)
    • A playlist that holds your grief, rage, or stillness
    • A daily moment (even two minutes) where you name what is real for you in this moment without judgement

You are not trying to escape the underworld. You’re learning to be present in it, with tenderness and truth.

  • 2. Speak the loss

There is so much you are letting go of in this phase, some of it easily named, much of it not.

Grief thrives in silence. Transformation happens when we are brave enough to name what’s being left behind.

    Try this journal prompt:

“What am I grieving, even if I can’t explain why?”

Write without trying to make sense of it. Let the grief speak. Let the voice be messy, holy, human - whatever is true for you.

And through all this know that your pain is not a problem to be fixed. It’s part of the process. You can deepen into it without fear of losing yourself entirely. What you will find is that your pain is the path to knowing - and loving - yourself more deeply than ever before.

  • 3. Let one thing stay soft

This phase can harden us into defensiveness, isolation, numbness. That’s a survival instinct. But transformation requires softness too.

Choose one thing to keep soft as you transform. Perhaps:

    • A daily bath or foot soak
    • A warm drink with no distractions
    • A loving touch to your heart or belly each morning
    • A single breath where you say: I’m still here.

You don’t need to be perfect. You don’t need to “handle” this well.

You just need one thread of softness to hold onto.

Because even in the dark you are worthy of tenderness.

Remember: This isn’t your breaking. It’s your becoming.

Let the shedding happen. This is not the end of your path, it’s the initiation into yourself.
